Abstract

This submission has been prepared by the ANU Global Institute for Women's Leadership (GIWL) and their research affiliates at the ANU College of Business and Economics (CBE) in response to the Workplace Gender Equality Agency Review consultation. The submission provides a summary of recent research completed by GIWL and CBE researchers on the gender pay gap reporting system in Australia.
