Alysum Doak is a PhD candidate at the Global Institute for Women's Leadership and the School of Medicine and Psychology at the Australian National University.
Her research focuses on the impact of psychological safety and psychological standing on integrity norms in the workplace. She is interested in uncovering behavioural mechanisms that improve workplace culture.
Alysum holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology (Honours 1st Class) from the University of Canberra and has much experience in both the public and private sectors. Alongside her PhD, she is the Assistant Director of Workforce Research and Analysis, within the Australian Public Service Commission. The team is responsible for collecting, analysing and reporting a broad range of workforce data including the Australian Public Service Employee Census. She has a strong understanding of APS agencies, their contexts, and whole of government issues.
