Our guiding principles
All of our research is guided by three key objectives...
- To identify the things that actually work to address the root causes of gender inequality and facilitate systemic change to fix these issues at their source.
- To understand the intersectional nature of gender discrimination and find solutions that advance gender equality for women and gender diverse Australians in all their diversities.
- To develop and test evidence-based solutions to increase gender diversity in leadership roles across all levels of society – from grassroots community organisations to the highest levels of government.
These priorities underpin all the work we do, ensuring that our efforts are directed towards research of a scale, diversity and duration that can drive meaningful change.
