Our guiding principles

All of our research is guided by three key objectives...

  1. To identify the things that actually work to address the root causes of gender inequality and facilitate systemic change to fix these issues at their source.
  2. To understand the intersectional nature of gender discrimination and find solutions that advance gender equality for women and gender diverse Australians in all their diversities.
  3. To develop and test evidence-based solutions to increase gender diversity in leadership roles across all levels of society – from grassroots community organisations to the highest levels of government.

These priorities underpin all the work we do, ensuring that our efforts are directed towards research of a scale, diversity and duration that can drive meaningful change.
