There is so much disconnect between the experiences of young people and the policies that are made that will dictate their lives. We are on a mission to bridge this gap, which is why we've set up the GIWL Youth Committee.
Chaired by trailblazing sexual consent activist Chanel Contos, our youth committee brings together passionate young changemakers from across Australia and the Asia Pacific to identify emerging challenges and opportunities for young people – helping GIWL to understand the issues that are most important to young people today and shaping the direction of our research, policy and engagement.

Our research aims to give a platform to youth voices in order to understand the issues that are most important to young people today and empower young women and gender diverse people to make the change they want to see in the world.
