Samira Heidari
Samira Heidari is a PhD student at the Global Institute for Women's Leadership at the Australian National University (ANU). She is part of the Social and Organisational Psychology Program within the School of Psychology and Medicine. Her research investigates the intersection of personal and professional domains, focusing on how romantic relationships at home contribute to career achievement through positive home-to-work spillover.
With a background in Psychology, Samira previously pursued a PhD in psychometrics at Tehran University before commencing her doctoral studies at ANU. Alongside her PhD, she actively collaborates as a research assistant, contributing to projects that align with her interest in work-family dynamics and the critical role of personal relationships in fostering well-being and enhancing workplace productivity.
