Yuan-Hsi is a Research Assistant at the Global Institute for Women's Leadership. Yuan-Hsi is also a PhD candidate in Social and Organisational Psychology at the University of Exeter.
Her research focuses on the impact of large-scale societal and political events on workplace dynamics, particularly how political opinions during elections and referendums influence coworker relationships and employee well-being.
With a strong passion for data, Yuan-Hsi specialises in managing large-scale longitudinal datasets and applying advanced statistical methods to extract meaningful insights from complex real-world challenges.
