Close relationships can have a huge impact on the shape and direction of our careers. Yet, the link between the nature and qualities of our close relationships and our career pursuits and outcomes has been vastly understudied. This research will fill an important gap in the literature and help to illuminate potential avenues by which romantic partners may help or hinder career pursuits, especially for women.

We are conducting a study investigating how women’s love lives affect their career journeys. The study is open to self-identified women who are employed, over the age of 18, currently in a romantic relationship with a man, and living in Australia.
