Leadership has been studied in different ways in recent years, with a focus on leadership styles and their outcomes, but, we wanted to understand how people who hold or could hold leadership roles are perceived and whether these perceptions influence work motivations.
We're conducting a research survey to answer these questions. The survey is open to anyone aged 18+ who has work experience. If you are interested in finding out more about the survey, and its results, please contact denise.ruggieri3@unibo.it.
