Dr Emma "Jacko" F. Jackson (they/she) is workplace and gender norms expert, specialising in transgender experiences, workplace sexual harassment of LGBTQ+ workers, and workplace technology-facilitated gendered abuse. Their work explores the myriad ways that binaristic gender assumptions, such as the view that men and women are oppositional and complementary, structure how we approach problems of gendered violence. They have a PhD in Psychology and engage in multi-disciplinary research across Psychology, Education, Social Sciences, and Cultural Studies.
