Dr. Sally Curtis is a researcher at the ANU Research School of Management in the College of Business and Economics. Her research examines the ways in which leaders and organisations address social challenges and work towards a more equitable and inclusive society. Central to this work is the notion of change, be it at the individual, organisational and/or societal level. As such, Sally draws on perspectives from different disciplines including behavioural science, organisational psychology, anthropology, and sociology.
Sally is involved in research that examines the gender pay gap, an internationally recognised measure of inequality between the income of women and men.
